The name is Bacalhau com todos, which means cod with everything.The dish however is also served throughout the year as it is broadly popular.<br \/>\n4 persons<br \/>\n20 minutes<br \/>\nvery easy<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 cod loins<a href=\"https:\/\/terradobacalhau.com\/en\/product\/cod-bag-codfish-loins-with-no-bone-1kg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Terra do Bacalhau<\/a><br \/>\n8 potatoes<br \/>\n100 g of canned chickpeas<br \/>\n240 g of sliced cabbage<br \/>\n4 carrots<br \/>\n4 eggs<br \/>\n1 chopped onion<br \/>\n2 sliced garlic cloves<br \/>\nolive oil extra virgin<br \/>\nvinager<br \/>\nchopped parsley<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\npepper<\/p>\n<h2>How to<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Always start by <a href=\"https:\/\/terradobacalhau.com\/en\/faqs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">soaking the cod loins according to instructions<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer the vegetables except the chickpeas in lightly salted water.
